Our Purpose
Advocates for Falcon Athletics exists to help strengthen USAFA athletics through constructive, evidence-based advocacy focused on leadership, governance, fundraising alignment, donor trust, and competitive readiness.
Why Now
Modern Division I athletics has changed rapidly. Service academy athletics must adapt while preserving the Academy’s unique mission: developing leaders of character through challenge, teamwork, competition, and service.
Our Approach
We are Academy-first, respectful, independent, and solutions-oriented. Our goal is not to attack individuals or institutions, but to help align stakeholders around a stronger model for Falcon athletics.
Our Priorities
Strengthen leadership expectations and accountability for modern Division I athletics.
Improve governance alignment among athletics, AFAAC, donors, alumni, and institutional stakeholders.
Rebuild donor trust through clearer communication, transparency, and stewardship.
Support competitive readiness while respecting the Academy’s mission and military development model.
